Our HR compliance solutions focus on policy development, personnel file assessments, and best practices guidance. These services aim to support businesses in developing effective HR practices aligned with regulatory requirements but do not constitute regulatory certification or legal compliance verification.
HR Compliance & Policy Service
*Handbooks & Policies:
Policies and handbooks reflect labor laws at the time of service.
Ongoing updates require a new engagement or an active retainer service.
***Multi-State Policy Considerations:
Our services are designed for businesses primarily operating in states with standard employment laws.
Multi-state policy needs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.
We reserve the right to decline service based on policy complexity and regulatory requirements.
HR Policy & Personnel File Retainer Service Notice
±Retainer Service:
New clients may require an HR Policy & Personnel File Assessment before enrolling in the retainer service.
Retainer contracts are based on month-to-month, 6-month, or 12 month commitments with auto-renewal requriements.
Check-in services (biweekly, monthly, or quarterly) depend on the contract length.
Policies and handbooks reflect labor laws at the time of service.
±±Priority Access to HR Support:
Applies only to HR policy-related questions.
Not a legal consultation service—clients should seek legal counsel for employment law matters.
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable once the service agreement has been signed. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. Clients must provide a 14 day or 30 day written notice based on service terms to cancell retainer agreement. ViableWork Solutions reserves the right to cancel the retainer agreement at any time due to non-payment, violation of terms, or changes in service capacity.
